Being a chef and wanting to give Customers the best quality, and also eating clean, this product is absolutely the best on the market! I’ve tried many, and this comes out top! It’s creamy, and has a lovely silky texture. Perfect for all Thai or Indian dishes, and anything in between. Very disappointing to yet again receive every tin of coconut milk damaged, dents on every one. A previous tin from my last order had to be thrown away because of this problem causing mould to grow inside due to a dented tin.
I have used 2-3 tbsp on my porridge oats for breakfast and it tasted so good. Next I will try it on "overnight chia yogurt milk pudding" for breakfast. I am completely hypnotised by the aroma. I have tried many brands in the past and this is the best I have ever tasted. I will definitely buy again soon.

I have found Cocofina coconut milk to be consistently fresh and long lasting. It's my regular supply now.

Considering I love using coconut milk for cooking, and grew up in a country where coconuts are abundant; I normally know what taste is required from true coconut milks or creams; the tin looks good but I will return to my Biona brand soon...was very disappointed with this brand...
Last couple batches I've bought have been solid like coconut cream rather milk. When i first purchased they were silky and smooth as another customer had described; even when stored in the fridge they didn't go solid. Loosens up once warmed up by heat but shouldn't have to do that. Also the tin lining are not as described. A real shame because they were better than another well known brand in terms of consistency of the milk and coconut content.
Some tins were lined with a special coating, others were simply aluminium. Never had this issue when purchasing them in a retail store. I wrote to the company but did not receive a reply. I assume people buy this product who are health conscious, so the lining of the tin is important who do not want their food in a standard aluminium can.

This milk is so creamy. Not like others where the cream settles on the top only and the rest is the coconut water. So this is perfect for soups, and adding to fruit once opened

I can't give it less than 5 stars, so pleased. It has a thick milky consistency after shaking, great taste and smoothness. Nothing like the other cans I ever bought from supermarkets, no comparison. Will purchase again 100%.
In my experience this is extremely good quality coconut milk. I mostly use it in Thai, Indian and Malaysian dishes. It is good to have the option of zero additives plus very high coconut content.
Its organic a big plus and its so creamy. Makes lovely smooth Sti Lankan curries.
