Pure C8 (caprylic acid) and C10 (capric acid) medium chain triglycerides, extracted from organic coconut oil without the use of chemicals. Bottled in dark glass to protect against light degradation.

60% C8, 40% C10. C8 is the most rapidly absorbed MCT and the gentlest on digestion — important if you are new to MCT oil or have a sensitive stomach. No lauric acid, no filler oils, no additives.

Unflavoured and odourless. Mixes cleanly into coffee, smoothies, or dressings. Organic certified. Palm oil free.
